By Manchester Blog Awards at 7 October, 2010, 6:06 pm
We have just announced the shortlist for the 2010 Manchester Blog Awards. In a change from previous years, the public can vote for their favourite blogs from the shortlist, with the public vote weighted as one fifth of the overall vote. The remainder of the voting power is with this year’s judges:
- Kate Feld, director of the Manchester Blog Awards
- Dave Carter, head of the Manchester Digital Development Agency
- Emily Morris, 2009 double winners for My Shitty Twenties
- Susie Stubbs, editor of CreativeTourist.com and 2008 double-winner for Travels with my Baby
So cast your vote now – you can do so until 5pm on Tuesday 19 October. And remember, the 2010 Manchester Blog Awards event takes place at The Deaf Institute on Wednesday 20 October 2010 – click here for more information and to book tickets.

I have just voted in two categories and, quite rightly, when I log in again your site reminds me of this however, the names of the shortlisted blogs in these categories are now gone and I can’t use your site as a link to them. Could you post the short list on your site separate from the vote as a reminder to us all.
Many thanks.
Thanks for the comment Sue – you can link to the shortlist at http://www.manchesterblogawards.com/the-shortlist.
